T-Type Glissando hinge
Titus new generation hinge with integrated damping, the T-Type Glissando, is designed to assure a ‘Confident Close’ which satisfies the consumer requirements for a gentle, silent, fast and safe door closing. Its sleek design follows the concept of the proven Glissando add-on hinge soft closing system, widely recognised for its consistent and reliable damping action. Highly tolerant hinge design assures a reliable door closing and a lifetime performance in case of accidental misalignment. ‘3Way’ ‘snap-on’ mounting plate allows for intuitive hinge-to-plate mounting in three directions, which enhances and simplifies the mounting experience. Low hinge cup drilling depth enables the wide range of applications on door thickness from 15mm on.
Tekform drawer
Tekform drawer, a family of double wall drawers characterised by a simple mounting procedure and a reliable performance with ‘ConfidentClose’. The fast and simple @¬#EasyFix@¬# locking system of the front panel connector requires just a hand insertion and a quarter turn of the screwdriver to reliably lock the connection. Its expanding feature allows for repeatable assembly and disassembly of the front panel. Optimal drawer alignment is comfortably accomplished through an intuitive vertical and horizontal adjustment procedure. The rigid drawer and rail design assures drawer stability in open position. Titus damper that is integrated in all Tekform drawers adds value to the furniture providing a reliable and consistent soft closing tuned to end consumer preferred @¬#ConfidentClose@¬# features: fast, gentle, silent and safe.
Soft closing mechanism for sliding doors Titusoft SD100
Titusoft SD100 is a soft closing mechanism for application on top front running sliding door systems. Intuitive positioning on the top of the cabinet and a non-handed design allows for simple and precise mounting. Titusoft SD100 can be installed during the furniture assembly or later, when the furniture is already in use. Titus hydraulic damper, the core component of Titusoft SD100, ensures reliable and consistent soft closing action and a ‘ConfidentClose’ throughout lifetime of the furniture. System requires customized activator and base for fixing.
Titus ST cam adjustable mounting plate
The new Titus ST mounting plate with a cam adjustment feature enables intuitive and quick height adjustment through an easily accessible button without releasing the fixing screws. A gauge showing the adjustment position between +/- 2mm further simplifies the adjustment procedure. A narrow guiding wedge allows for the accurate and smooth hinge to plate attachment procedure, which enhances the installation experience and assures a secure joint. The accurate and tight hinge-to-plate attachment, and solid plate-on-surface engagement, enables a smoother and consistent soft closing action with the Titus Glissando soft closing systems tuned to customer preferred ‘ConfidentClose’. New plate is designed to be used with the full range of Titus ST @¬#snap-on@¬# hinges.
Titus hinge cup with expandable dowels
The hinge cup fixing system with pre-mounted Ø8mm expandable dowels assures quick and easy cabinet assembly. Pre-mounted expanding dowels enable a precise tool-free insertion of the hinge cup and keep it in an accurate position until the dowels are tightened. The triple-start screws speed up the fixing action with just three turns of the screwdriver required to fix the hinge cup. The ‘Expando’ feature assures a firm attachment and allows for repeated assembly and disassembly of the hinge cup.
Titusoft MD, knock-in
Titusoft MD is an add-on damping system for a wide range of single skin metal drawers. Intuitive mounting on the cabinet side allows for a simple and quick installation. Following the demand for the fast and efficient solution appropriate for high-volume production, Titus has enlarged its range with the knock-in version. With its life-long reliable performance Titusoft improves the drawer quality and perseverance. Like all Titus soft closing systems also Titusoft MD is tuned to follow the requirements of furniture consumer for the ‘ConfidentClose’.
Technology for factory insertion of cams and dowels
Titus FastFit is a solution for factory insertion of cams and dowels, that reduces by 50% the time needed to assemble the cabinet carcass at home. With the Lama FastFit machine the standard Titus cam and Quickfit TL dowel can be inserted in furniture sides in the factory. Pre-inserted connectors considerably shorten the time needed to assemble furniture with less parts, an easier assembly procedure and less risk of missing parts. The technology for factory insertion of cams and dowels works with standard furniture boards. The machinery is of standard modular construction and can be fully integrated into the existing panel processing lines or used on a stand-alone basis. Consequently, installation can be highly flexible and tailored to specific customer needs in terms of type of connectors to be inserted, panel sizes and throughput rates.
Multi-purpose damping technology applied to owens
The latest damper solution for white goods is conceived for damping objects with greater load. It can operate in the temperature range between -20 and +120°C and is especially appropriate for use on oven doors. Its progressive feature keeps the bounce-back to a minimum. Titus hydraulic damper delivers a life-long reliable and consistent damping action. Its modular design enables quick development of custom solutions for various applications in furniture hardware, white goods hardware and other house-hold applications.
