The kitchen connected at LivingKitchen 2017

The fair LivingKitchen 2017, that it will be held in Cologne from 16 to 22 January 2017, will feature more than 200 international exhibitors.

LivingKitchen.LivingKitchen 2017 hopes to repeat the success of 2015, as told their leaders on last week at the European press conference cellebrated in Salzburg.

Mangels also referred to the increasing demand for appliances connected in the kitchen, intelligent solutions that help make life easier for users and that will be present at LivingKitchen 2017.

Interesting figures
LivingKitchen 2017 will be held together with the furniture fair imm cologne. Between both shows they will occupy, as explained Gerald Böse, Koelnmesse president and CEO, a total area of ​​270,000 square meters, with 1,300 exhibitors from 50 countries, 70%, foreigners. 150,000 visitors are expected.

In the three halls of LivingKitchen (4.1, 4.2 and 5.2); around 200 exhibitors from more than 20 countries are expected –50 of whom are either new customers or old customers, who have returned to the fair. With only a few exceptions, all of the German global market leaders such as Blanco, the BSH Group, Häcker Küchen, Lechner, Leicht, Liebherr, Miele, Nobilia, Schüller and zeyko are represented. Prominent new companies from Germany will be celebrating their debut as well: AEG, Alno and Hansgrohe.

They will all encounter the Italian companies Valcucine, Elica, Ernestomeda, Florim Ceramiche, Aran Cucine or Scavolini in Cologne.To-date, Italy makes up the biggest proportion of new exhibitors, with 30 companies.

Some Spanish companies that will exhibit in the show are Cosentino, Frecan or The Size, for example. The three pavilions of LivinkKitchen will occupy an area of ​​42,000 square meters.

Mr Böser highlighted the role of business platform and revitalizing trends in the furniture industry and kitchen that the event is and spoke about trends like smart home or flat-pack furniture that will be present in the next edition of January.
