Studio Marco Piva has chosen Lapitec as one of the materials for its MoodBoards exhibition in hall 7 at Made Expo in the Interiors and Finishings Show.
Full body sintered stone to be featured on a high-profile international stage. The display concept devised by the Milanese architects will allow visitors to get a feel for current architectural trends and future inspirations. The materials, carefully selected by the Studio, will form part of a gallery of physical surfaces or “moodboards” that will be juxtaposed to create an art installation that can be observed and touched to explore the perception of the materials and get an intimate idea of their quintessential nature. Lapitec will be present in many different versions and thicknesses in order to express the full colour palette and range of finish options.
It is an honour to have been chosen for the MoodBoards project, says Lapitec Sales and Marketing Manager Michele Ballarin, because it confirms the attention that Lapitec is attracting within the architecture community. After a lengthy period of engineering and development the product has only been placed on the market since 2013 but it@¬#s already generating growing interest among interior designers and architects who understand that the combination of mechanical excellence and aesthetic refinement is a key element in achieving the perfect expression of the emotional potential of each project, however complex or stylistically sophisticated.
