KBIS 2018 is being held up in Orlando (Florida, USA) until today. The American fair dedicated to the kitchen and bathroom have the presence of leading firms in the sector.
11.01.2018 KBIS (Kitchen and Bath Industry Show) is considered to be the most important kitchen and bathroom trade show in the entire American continent, with the main manufacturers of the sector. Organized by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) of the United States, it has a 2018 edition with more than 600 exhibitors that will showcase the latest in design and technology for the kitchen and bathroom in two halls.
Spanish participation
Among others, firms such as Compac, Cosentino, Inalco and Neolith show their novelties at the US fair. Compac presents, for example, an area dedicated to the kitchen, with a long table that displays the two designs of the Ice of Genesis collection, Ice White and Ice Black. The Ice of Genesis collection is designed by Arik Levy and is inspired by the glaciers and frozen lakes of the Arctic. It is the Compac premium collection and is characterized by transmitting the values and the avant-garde philosophy of the company.
The Cosentino stand hosts the DeKauri project, developed jointly with Riva 1920 and Daniel Germani, and the recent Dekton Industrial collection, as well as the Silestone N-Boost technology and the new Silestone Eternal colors.
On the other hand, the novelties of Neolith that can be seen in the fair are four new models that respond to the current trends of design of architectural surfaces, two new colors in the finish NanoTech Pulido, and 13 new models available in 20 mm thickness; in addition, the brand exhibits its collaborations with two European companies, PITT Cooking and Quva. By last, Inalco presents its ITopKer surfaces for countertops, the Slimmker large thin-format porcelain tiles, and the Storm collection.
Other participating firms
Also, Lapitec reveals in the North American market its two new colors, Nero Assoluto and Bianco Assoluto. The company’s stand is divided into several areas to show the public the different applications of full-body sintered stone, such as outdoor kitchens, or with induction, refrigeration or integrated sink in the countertop.
