The event of the year for the sector of components and accessories for the furniture industry is ready to open its doors at the Pordenone Fairgrounds. Spain is one of the countries that brings a greater number of exhibitors.

More than 535 companies in more than 14 000 square meters of net exhibition area are participating to SICAM 2012, in fact the same number as the previous edition.

25% of these companies are foreign coming from 27 different countries, among them the main are Germany, Turkey, Spain, Austria and Switzerland. All the major international players in the industry are in Pordenone.

Among the exhibitors, eight Spanish companies will attend the fair: Fabricados LGM, Formica, Indaux, Abain Components, Interiorvista Decoración Digital, Keya, Syscor and Talleres Absa.

With an intensive international promotion made through the major trade shows, held from last winter until now, the organizing team increased the recognisability of the Show, especially in emerging markets.

The high rate of internationalization is one of the strengths of SICAM: in the last edition, visitors were in fact from 89 different countries of five continents. This creates high expectations for this fourth edition which is about to go on stage, promising to reproduce the positive results of 2010 and 2011, when more than 17,500 visitors were registered.

Information for visitors
Already available online hall plans, interactive exhibitors list with over 540 participants and all necessary information to plan the visit. To organize the visit at best, it is important take a look at the interactive exhibitors list where the visitor can find all necessary information to prepare the work during SICAM.

At visitors and exhibitors disposal there will be a free shuttle service that connects the airports of Venice and Treviso to the Pordenone Fairgrounds. At the reception of the fair and in front of the arrivals area at the airport a dedicated desk will provide you with information and times.

All around the fair also this year free parking is available for visitors (motorway exit of Pordenone / Fair), to which a reserved area – located near the shopping center (motorway exit Interporto – Dogana / Centro Ingrosso) – connected at the fair by a shuttle bus is added.

The access of visitors to the event is allowed every day from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, except for Saturday, October 20, when the closure will be brought forward to 5.00 pm. For quick access to the event the visitor can still register online and receive the entry badge by email. Entrance to the exhibition is reserved to professional visitors and the entry badge is personal and nominal.
