From February the 11th to the 14th, Porcelanosa Grupo took part, as a flagship for haute cuisine, in the world gastronomic event Taste of Paris 2016 which was held in the French capital.
The firm, characterized by the high quality and sophistication of its designs for the kitchen equipment, was present at the emblematic Parisian Grand Palais building with its latest kitchen model. An exquisite and functional design made jointly by Porcelanosa Grupo and the three Michelin star chef, Quique Dacosta.
The Porcelanosa Kitchen by Quique Dacosta carried out by Gamadecor, turned out to be a big surprise for the audience, not only for its innovation and quality, but also for its versatility, marked by the integration in the easy to clean and antibacterial next-generation Krion Solid Surface compact mineral design.
The Valencian chef, Quique Dacosta, wanted to bring the new kitchen series to the big audience in Paris, and did so by conducting a comprehensive and surprising piece of showcooking. In front of the visitors, customers and invited journalists, Dacosta demonstrated his charisma and high professional kitchen management, delighting the most discerning palates with his exquisite dishes.
Everyone present was able to discover the magical coupling formed by Porcelanosa Grupo and Quique Dacosta, a special and unique explosion of flavours that shows character and excellence, both in terms of gastronomy and design.
During the four days of the Taste of Paris 2016 event, Porcelanosa Grupo carried out a wide range of activities related to haute cuisine. Apart from Quique Dacosta’s show, the firm also received the distinguished Parisian chef, Thomas Rossi, who spoke of the professional kitchen through his recognized and prestigious restaurant, Paris Yeeels.
