Indaux has received these days visits from international distributors and clients, and has also held a meeting with its distributor in Colombia, BHS.
Five members of the company Nover, Indaux representative in Australia, with 12 branches distributed over the country, visited the Getaria and Aia industrial installations. The visit is part of a reverse commercial mission organised under the Elkartzen Programme, launched by the Basque Government Ministry of Industry, Innovation, Trade and Tourism with the aim of increasing the market quota of products developed by Basque companies in foreign markets, their promotion and improved image.
During the visit, the participants had the opportunity to visit the showroom and receive product training from Asier Lizaso, Head of Sales Manager. For something lighter, two of the visitors watched the Real Sociedad playing a game at the Anoeta stadium and all enjoyed a restaurant visit with Basque gastronomy and a team meal, organised in San Sebastian’s iconic gastronomic society,
This is the second visit of this type to the Indaux factory by the Australian distributor and, this time, the people chosen to visit were the two sales representatives to have achieved the highest sales of our products, Simon Agius (Sydney) and Brayden Hollegde (Townsville) and the branch managers Lawrence Cott (Sydney) and Angela Collins (Newcastle), respectively, accompanied by Jaime Ramsey, Product Manager at Nover.
New distributor and new agent in South Korea
Indaux has signed a new distribution agreement with Pan Ocean for commercialisation of its global offer of solutions for furniture throughout Korea. The agreement was closed in Getaria, following the visit Mr. Jack Ko, Head of Fittings at Pan Ocean, to our industrial installations. The new distributor came to us with another new agent in Korea, Mr. Ian Lee. “South Korea is the eleventh world power in terms of Gross Domestic Product. The GDP per capita is €25,000 and may be an excellent indicator of quality of life in the country, which has a population of 50 million inhabitants. We are satisfied to finally have been able to put a foot in this Asian economy, which has an important growth potential”, said Asier Lizaso, Head of Sales Manager at Indaux.
Meeting in Colombia with the clients of the dealer BHS Herrajes y Accesorios
About 25 customers of BHS Herrajes y Accesorios came in Colombia to the event organized by our distributor to showcase the strengths and competitive advantages of the Indaux product, as well as explain the upcoming launches of the brand.
The meeting took place in late November at the BHS offices in Bogotá, taking advantage of the visit to the country of Pablo Arratibel, Foreign Subsidiaries Controller of Indaux. During his stay, Arratibel took the opportunity to continue forming the team lead by Maria Maria Virginia Díaz Bosch, owner of BHS Herrajes y Accesorios. The training was focused on the strengths of Indaux as a company and in three of the products most demanded by the Colombian market: the double-wall drawers Ariane and Attraction, and the system of sliding doors Junior-6.
