The 18th International Franchising Trade Fair, Expofranquicia 2012, which will be held from 19 to 21 April at the Feria de Madrid exhibition venue, will be organising the Foro Madrid Franquicia 2012 at the same time as the commercial exhibition.
Foro Madrid Franquicia is divided up into four Technical Seminars, organised by the consultancies Barbadillo Asociados, Mundo Franquicia and Tormo Asociados and the communications company Hey Avenue, with well-known experts taking part in these sessions.
Tormo Asociados Seminars
The specialist consultancy Tormo Asociados will focus its programme on two issues: The Opportunity to Franchise and Franchising creates jobs. The first of these will take the form of four presentations: 10 or more reasons for growing a business through franchising; What are the requirements for being a franchisor?; Franchising: one of the best business development opportunities for many companies; and Who franchises? Pioneers in your sector. The second event comprises four talks: Presentation of the report "Franchises as a generator of employment";
Self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities offered by franchising; Sector trends in franchising. The businesses yet to come, and lastly Meeting between businesspeople and investors. The Tormo events will be held on Thursday 19 April.
Talks and discussion sessions with Barbadillo Asociados
On 20 April Barbadillo Asociados will be holding the Second Franchise Internationalisation Forum, which will look at issues such as: Guest countries present franchise figures, sectors and successful business concepts from their respective markets; Opportunities for expanding abroad; Franchisors relate their experiences abroad. Lastly, on Saturday 21, this consultancy will be giving two talks: Online reputation and Investing in a franchise.
Talks and seminars with MundoFranquicia Consulting
How to buy my franchise and How to franchise my business are the themes up for discussion in these highly practical sessions run by the consultancy Mundo Franquicia Consulting. The first of these will be held on 19 April and will be divided into eight sections: Resources for franchisees; Franchise Case Studies; Resources for franchisees; Franchise Case Studies; Trade subsidies; Trade subsidies, and the seminars Let@¬#s start an Enterprise! and Could I be a good franchisee?
The second, held on 20 April, will discuss issues such as Franchises, a Safe Haven?; Franchises, Registered Trademark; Setting up franchises; Management for Franchisees; Quality control and franchises; Growing in difficult times; Who@¬#s the boss here? and “Franchise service companies in the United States – how to break into this market”.
Social networks in the Franchise sector, with Hey Avenue
The multimedia communication company, Hey Avenue, will show the benefits of the online world and social media in franchising, with a presentation on How to use social networks to multiply returns on investment in the franchise sector. This will be held on Saturday 21 April.
