Ernestomeda kitchens have met the standards required for Leed Compliant certification. This means that the materials used in their manufacture have extremely low emission levels of VOC.
Ernestomeda has achieved another major milestone along their corporate journey that make them more eco-oriented every day: Ernestomeda fitted kitchens are Leed Compliant.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an international certification system that sets the standards for indoor pollution. Ernestomeda kitchens have met the standards required for the certification, and this means that the materials used in their manufacture have extremely low emission levels of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), including formaldehyde.
Ernestomeda is one of the first italian companies to become Leed Compliant and the responsibles see that as grounds for celebration, but they are also aware that there is a lot still to be done.
