During Technodomus (20-24 april, in Rimini, Italia) Biesse will be presenting among its machining centres the Rover A which is suitable to any applications both panels and solid wood.

It has reduced dimensions, very easy set-up of the operating unit and a high configurability of the working area. We will presenting a preview of the Rover A Edge work centre equipped with 5 axes unit which combines the standard workings on the panel to the edge application. This solution represents a great opportunity for the small-medium industry.

Biesse has extended the edgebanding technology of the Rover C Edge on the recent Rover A Edge. The Rover A Edge was created to ensure a high quality edging and maximum bond strength in the edgebanding, because the glue is applied directly onto the panel, the edgebanding group is assembled on a Y axis, and on a carriage independent from the electrospindle, guaranteeing the necessary mechanical precision and productivity of the system.

The wide range of our offers is able to satisfy both large industry that the small and medium enterprises. Amongst the machining centres equipped with flat table we will be presenting the Rover A G FT nesting applications work cell, for the production of cabinets and cabinet doors, and the Klever, the machining centre designed for those who require a compact solution at a competitive price. Klever is dedicated to the processing of panels in wood and derivative materials and can also be used on plastics for the production of signs in alucobond and similar materials. Klever utilises advanced software and has a simple and intuitive operator interface.
