Kesseböhmer purchases Holzwerk Rockenhausen

Holzwerk Rockenhausen, leader in interior components for removable systems, with an annual turnover of 6 million euros, represents an ideal complement for the Kesseböhmer product portfolio in relation to the organization of storage space. The union gives rise to a variety of synergies.

In some joint projects carried out in the past, Kesseböhmer and Holzwerk Rockenhausen have already successfully demonstrated this cooperation. The new competition in wood that Kesseböhmer acquires in this acquisition is an excellent basis for differentiation and customization of its products: these features are increasingly demanded by industrial customers.

No changes will be made in the organization at the moment. The contacts for customers remain the same. The former owner, Hans-Peter Krakehl, continues with his work as director of the company, and sees great opportunities in this union alongside a strong partner, particularly in exploiting opportunities of growth in international markets.
