Biesse launches at Xylexpo an entire range of new solutions

Biesse will be showing at Xylexpo 2014 (Milan, 13th-17th May) the ultimate advantages of solutions in terms of working cell machines and integrated production lines.

Biesse Group will return to Xylexpo, the biennial international exhibition for woodworking technology and components for the furniture industry. The fair will be held in Milan from the 13th to the 17th of May 2014 and will give attendees an exclusive opportunity to discover the ultimate advantages of Biesse solutions in terms of machines, integrated production lines and software.

With a strong focus on research & development, Biesse will be introducing advanced technological solutions with a special focus on producing high quality wooden components, as well as furniture pieces. These solutions will include the latest in technology, including the AirForce System for producing edgebanded panels resistant to water and heat, and with no stringy glue residue.

Following the launch of the revolutionary bSolid software, Biesse has taken a step further towards simplifying the management of numerical control machinery. Technology is at the source of design through an entire range of software giving you the ability to create without restrictions! We will show the latest version of bSolid and the innovative software to manage machinery for the production of windows and doors and edged panels (New).

Visitors have the opportunity to work with Biesse experts and gain advice on targeted solutions designed to meet the needs of major industries. The Biesse Systems team of professionals will be on hand to demonstrate the most advanced lines, created for manufacturing curved panels, cabinets, doors and windows. We will also present integrated cells designed to manufacture high production items as well as being capable of producing highly customized finished products.

The technologies on display in our stand will include a high-productivity working cell for sizing and nesting, equipped with a Winstore K1 automatic warehouse, Rover B FT (New) machining centre, and Selco WNTR panel saw. In addition, we will be launching our new Winline One (New), a solution which guarantees high levels of productivity for the doors and windows market, along with the new Akron 1400 (New) edgebanding machine and the new version of the Opera 7 for sanding operations.
