The Made Italy historical kitchen brand exhibited three outstanding models of its collection: Cinqueterre, Vico Magistretti design, and Pampa and Mesa, Alfredo Häberli design.

Quite impressive was the 90 square metre setting, a sequence of warm, natural and cosy small wooden houses, in keeping with the kitchen philosophy of Schiffini. Every house contained a different model.
Cinqueterre. Refinement, neatness, accuracy. A perfect synthesis of aesthetic and technology. Cinqueterre is the very first kitchen entirely made of aluminium, a material generally used for internal components that in this design is also revealed on the outside. The new titanium finish is not merely a colour option but rather the result of technical and manufacturing research: obtained through an exclusive anodizing process, it remains unchanged over the time. A distinctive element of Cinqueterre are the wave shaped anodized aluminium doors, which offers maximum resistance and are characterized by their elegance.
Mesa. Functionality and warmth. A project interpreted by Alfredo Häberli according to his idea of a comfortable and lived-in “kitchen of the memory”. The fulcrum of the system is the large table with benches; it’s from this system that the name of this project (mesa in Spanish means “table”) derives with the intent of expressing conviviality and socialization.
Also the multifunctional central island, planned to foster the presence of more users, facilitates the exchange and closeness of people during the food preparation. Practical and capacious tall elements, full of drawers and containers. The deliberately wave-shape decoration of the surfaces and the asymmetrical lines of the different elements enhance the pleasant and vital “mess” of a real kitchen, where every utensil, appliance and accessory find easily its place.
Pampa. Natural evolution of Mesa, with this project Alfredo Häberli continues his research on the kitchen space as soul of the kitchen. Completely made in wood, ”Pampa” is distinguishable for the compactness of volumes and surfaces. In this way, the designer creates an elegant alternative to the classic handle which is replaced by a slit in the wood surface, raising in the upper and comprising in the lower part.
A complex workmanship with an original plastic and tridimensional effect. The obtained cavity casts on the door little more than a shadow and gives a grip for the handle. A curved sign, light and soft as a smile.
