BCD and RED, together to promote the Spanish design

The Design Business Spanish Association Red-AEDE and BCD Barcelona Design Center have signed an agreement with which they undertake to promote nationally and internationally the spanish companies specializing in interior design, as well as collaborate in common interest actions to exchange knowledge and advice, particularly in the area of ​​habitat.
 
This agreement, signed by the president of Red, Nani Marquina, and the president of BCD, Pau Herrera, draw part of series of activities to benefit the networking and businesses of BCD associates and members of RED.

 
The first action that will be held is the organization of a business mission in which a group of nine design studios and 10 companies will participate in Habitat & Light Stockholm Furniture Fair. From 7 to 11 February, 2012, 19 companies will exhibit their products and participate in networking activities with local entrepreneurs to find business opportunities.

We want to note also that in the international field, BCD will act as an interface between RED and BEDA (The Bureau of European Design Associations), in which Isabel Roig is Vice president, to raise to the European level the interests and concerns of spanish business specializing in habitat sector.
